S.CF ALLROUND 20–45: Greater payload and enhanced operational reliability in container transport
With the S.CF ALLROUND 20–45 semi-trailer chassis, Schmitz Cargobull offers a cost-effective and well-designed solution for combined transport. This versatile chassis is designed to accommodate varying container sizes and supports transport operations across road, rail and sea.
The new rear design is equally aimed at easier handling and increased payload. The reduced vehicle overhang makes loading and unloading easier, particularly in confined terminal and port environments. Furthermore, the upgraded rear extension allows for precise and controlled adjustment to different container lengths. The damped movement makes operation easier in day-to-day use, and the newly developed light panel allows warning signs to be positioned optimally.
Schmitz Cargobull has also redesigned the side impact protection to create, in combination with its in-house developed underrun protection, a coordinated safety concept that supports simple and intuitive operation. In addition, the new side impact protection offers more space for customised lettering.
Self-sufficient cooling: generator set ex works.
A Schmitz Cargobull Immobiliser protects against unauthorised movement and can be activated within a few seconds either directly on the vehicle or via the TrailerConnect® portal. A generator set is also available ex-works, ensuring a self-sufficient power supply for an electrically powered transport refrigeration unit on the container for several days.
The UM5 generator set is specially designed to fit Schmitz Cargobull container chassis, with a protected mounting position reducing the risk of damage. Access to the starter battery is possible even when the containers are loaded, which simplifies servicing and maintenance work, and with an average of around 30cm, the container chassis offers the greatest ground clearance on the market.

Transparency and planning certainty
Like all Schmitz Cargobull semi-trailer chassis, the S.CF ALLROUND 20–45 is hot-dip galvanised and fitted with the TrailerConnect® telematics system as standard. The TrailerConnect® CTU Pro is available as an option for ADR transport.
Pictograms illustrate how easy it is to use, and QR codes on the chassis also link to videos that clearly explain functions such as the rear extension, underrun protection, container locking and front extension. An integrated loading plan shows the correct container position and prevents delays during loading.
